ECE Teachers

We are hiring passionate and caring Preschool Teachers, Infant/Toddler Teachers, and are actively adding Bilingual Teachers (English/Spanish) to our team as we continue growing our program. Our goal is to intentionally develop our center into a strong, bilingual learning environment that supports children and families through culturally responsive and language-rich education.

While experience is preferred, we welcome entry-level applicants who are enthusiastic about working with young children and eager to grow in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development
• Support children’s emotional and social growth through positive interactions
• Maintain open and positive communication with families and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Interest in pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education 
• Ability to work with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in childcare or preschool setting ECE coursework (not required but a plus)
